Yes — and honestly, that's what we enjoy most. Share your dates, destinations, travel style, and budget, and we'll put together a route that fits. We won't try to sell you a package you don't need.
For popular routes — Kodaikanal, Munnar, Ooty during season — at least 2–3 weeks ahead gives us the best room to secure good stays and transport. For last-minute trips, reach out anyway; we'll do what we can.
For most South India trips, a government-issued photo ID is all you need. For international travellers, we'll walk you through visa requirements, accommodation check-in rules, and anything else specific to your journey before you depart.
We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). The exact payment schedule depends on your package — we'll share the details clearly during booking.
We share emergency contact numbers before you leave, and our team stays reachable throughout your trip. South India travel is generally very smooth, but you'll never feel alone if something comes up.
It varies by package and how close to departure the cancellation falls. We're always willing to talk through options — reschedule dates, adjust the route, whatever helps. Life happens; we try to be flexible.
